Oman Ministry of Civil Services

Ministry of Civil Service of Sultanate of Oman implementation is the largest HRMS project in the region. Among many functionalities and benefits brought by this project, one of the key success factors for Ministry of Civil Service was e-enabling of the complete hire to retire processes on Oracle HR & Payroll, using Oracle Workflow, to more than 86,000 employees, distributed between 90 different payrolls. Where each government unit maintains two different payrolls: one for current employees, and another for retired employees (Pension).
